A note from the owner

We began with a single truck and a few units, and that's still how we operate. When you pick up the phone, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family business, so if something isn't right with a unit, we own it and take care of it that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

Frequently asked

Q1How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier if it falls on a holiday weekend.

Q2What happens during a weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replace paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Q3What is the service frequency?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.

Q4Are ADA-accessible units available?

Absolutely. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and clearance for wheelchair turning.

Q5What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can access, free from overhead wires and set back from any active digging.
